[S23-01] Sales & Business Developer Manager - China (Shanghai)

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager China to join our team in Shanghai (China). You will responsible for Sales of BdSound in China and, if necessary, nearby markets.

You will be responsible for the actions aiming to achieve company objectives, such as prospected business volume and prospected new business opportunities. You will be asked to contribute proactively to the definition of business objectives and timelines and we expect you to give professional opinions regarding prospected business and budget forecasts.

The Sales Manager China will report to the General Manager China.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Support to the development of new business in China, with possible expansion to nearby markets;
  • Support to the recurring business that may emerge from past clients by keeping contact with them beyond existing projects;
  • Direct interaction with clients, through phone calls, emails and meetings;
  • Writing of quotations for customers interacting with colleagues in China and Italy;
  • Support of internal and external communications regarding Pre-sales, Sales and Post-sales actions;
  • Easing of the communication between the clients and the technical staff;
  • Contacting with BdSound Italy to discuss opportunities and goals;
  • Relating with BdSound in Italy’s Sales Department for updates on policies, strategies and plans;
  • Regularly updating the customer management system provided and referring to account managers for support and details;
  • Collaborating with external organizations to prepare and attend events and trade fairs;

Your skills

  • Previous experience in Sales/Business Development positions is appreciated as well as sales or technical background in Infotainment industry
  • Chinese native speaker fluent in English is required
  • Good knowledge of Italian language is preferred but not mandatory

Even better if

  • Technical background in audio systems
  • A previous experience with embedded systems
  • A previous experience with automotive process and systems
